药物控释技术以及在眼科的应用 被引量:2

摘要 许多眼部疾病,如角膜移植术后免疫排斥反应和眼内疾病等,均需在眼内达到一定的药物浓度才能起到治疗效果,但由于"血-眼屏障"和"角膜屏障"的作用,全身和传统局部用药很难在眼内达到有效的药物浓度。植入眼内的药物控释系统可以避开血-眼和角膜的屏障作用,极易使药物在眼内达到有效的治疗浓度,同时减少全身用药的副作用,有着广泛的研究和开发前景。
