The clinical application of nuclein scanning in liver carcinoma

摘要 核素显像方法(包括SPECT、PET及PET/CT)对于原发性肝癌的诊断、良恶性鉴别及分化程度的评估有重要价值,尤其是18F鄄FDG(18F鄄氟代脱氧葡萄糖)PET及11C鄄乙酸盐PET在评价肿瘤分化程度的作用优于CT、MRI。PET/CT的应用也将弥补PET在空间分辨率上存在的不足,提高肝癌诊断的准确性。 All kinds of nuclein scanning includeing SPECT?PET and PET/CT in liver carcinoma have a definite clinical impact on diagnosis,differential diagnosis between malignant and benign tumor,and evaluation of differentiation of tumor cell. Especially fluorine-18-deoxyglucose PET and carbon-11-acetate PET play a more important role in assessement of differentiation of liver carcinoma than CT and MRI. Combined with the examinations of morphology, PET/CT will provide better imaging effect for lesion' localization and characterization.
