摘要 肾上腺髓质素是一种具有广泛生理作用的生物活性肽,研究发现其在许多肿瘤中广泛分布,并主要通过以下几个方面在肿瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用:①刺激有丝分裂;②抑制免疫反应;③抑制凋亡;④刺激新血管的形成。 Adrenomedullin is a regulatory peptide involved in several physiological processes.Recently, adrenomedullin has been proved that it is widely expressed in tumor and may have a significiant role in tumor progression and differentiation by stimulating mitogenic activities, inhibiting immune response, inhibiting apoptosis and enhancing angiogenesis.
