摘要 随着人们对低剂量辐射后发生的间接和延迟效应(如突变、基因不稳定性)的重视,以及新的高效工具(如单细胞微束和先进的培养系统)的应用,过去的十几年对辐射诱导旁效应的产生机制有了许多新的认识和发现。辐射诱导旁效应是受基因调控,由细胞间信号传递途径中介产生的。 With the increased awareness of the contribution of indirect and delayed effects (such as mutation, genomic instability) to cellular outcomes after low-dose exposures, and the availability of tools (such as the microbeam and advanced cell culture systems), many new discoveries about radiation-induced bystander effect has been achieved in the past decade. Evidence accumulated has indicated that radiation-induced bystander effect is regulated by special genes, and mediated by intercellual signal transmission pathway.
