摘要
选用对黑斑病菌具有不同抗感程度的甘薯品种2399(抗)和徐—18(感)块根组织为材料,研究了不同甘薯品种对黑斑病菌的抗性与膜脂过氧化、各种酶及抗氰呼吸的相互关系,结果表明:抗、感品种在病原菌侵染初期均出现一膜脂过氧化高峰,它对早期杀伤和抑制病原菌起着十分重要的作用;过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶及超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性增强都有利于抗病。此处,抗氰呼唤增强与磷酸戊糖呼吸途径增强密切相关。
Sweet potato varieties 2399 and Xu—18, resistant and susceptible to Ceratocystis fimbrata respectively, were used in the study. It was found that lipid peroxidation was involved in the host defense reaction; an increase of activity in catalase and peroxidase and SOD contributed to the resistance of sweet potatos to C. fimbriata. In addition. the CN—resistant respiration had close relation with thd Pentose Phosphate Pathway respiration.
