离子束和γ射线处理水稻种子超弱发光特性探讨 被引量:1

摘要 水稻品种31111s和1016经氮离子束注入和^(60)Co-γ射线处理后,对其干种子、浸种期、破胸期和发芽期的生物超弱发光值进行跟踪监测,结果发现两种处理干种子的发光值都比对照高;在浸种46小时后,γ射线处理的发光值下降,而对照和离子束注入的都呈上升趋势;在破胸期和发芽期每处理和对照的发光值都比上一期增加。表示种子在浸种→破胸→发芽阶段,其内部能量代谢水平逐渐加强。 Dry seeds of rice 31111s and 1016 were treated with ion implantation and γ-ray irradiation and ultraweak bioluminescence values of various stages before germination were measured. It was shown that both treatments resulted in the increase of the values, with γ-ray irradiation being more obvious. After seed soaking in water for 36 hours, the ultraweak bioluminescence value of seeds treated by γ-ray irradiation was reduced upon that of dry seeds, but that of seeds without treatment or treated by ion implantion was increased compared with that of dry seeds.
