窄卷苞叶基因对棉花光合性能的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF FREGO-BRACT GENE ON PHOTOSYNTHETIC PERFORMANCE IN UPLAND COTTON

摘要 比较了鄂沙28和7010两个陆地棉的正常苞叶与其窄卷苞叶近等基因系的多个生理性状,结果表明,窄卷苞叶棉叶片叶绿素含量、比叶重和单株叶面积无显著变化,但光合速率下降,干物质积累较少,分配到生殖器官中的有机物相对百分率降低,其苞叶面积只有正常苞叶的63%。 Influence of frego-bract gene on photosynthetic performance in upland cotton was investigated using two pairs of isogenic lines on each of two genetic backgrounds. Compared with isogenic lines with the normal bracts, frego-bract cotton lines showed no change in leaf area. specific laef weight and chlorophyll content, but reduction in net phocosynthetic rate and dry matter weight. The relative partition of dry matter in reproductive organs was also decreased. The area of frego-barcts was 63% that of the normal bracts. These were the major caused of the reductions in boll size. seed index and lint index.
