方形活塞发动机模拟器的放热计算(英文)

摘要 本文使用双区、热力学放热模型来分析独特的方形活塞发动机模拟器气缸中的压力历程,并计算已燃气体质量分数、放热速率、未燃和已燃气体的总体和核心温度。本试验包括火花点火、等离子体射流点火以及产生挤气和不产生挤气的活塞形状等四种情况。最后确定放热模型应用于方形活塞发动机试验要求,修改漏气模型,估算进气充量温度和燃料在气缸壁上的凝聚量。计算结果指出,使用等离子体射流点火器将会使火焰核成长速度变快。使用挤气活塞将导致火焰传播速度加快。 A two-zone,thermodynamic heat release model is used to analyze thein-cylinder pressure histories measured in a unique square piston enginesimulator and to compute the mass fraction of burned gas,the heat releaserate,the unburned and burned gas bulk and core temperatures in thispaper.The experiments investigate the use of a plasma jet igniter,a sparkigniter,a squish-generating and a flat piston geometries.It was determined that the application of the heat release model to the square piston engineexperiments requires that the blowby model be modified and the inlet chargetemperature and the condensation of fuel on the cylinder wall be estimated.The results indicate that the use of a plasma jet igniter leads to a fasterflame kernel development and the use of the squish-generating piston leadsto a more rapid propagation of the flame.
