摘要
针对数据包络分析(DEA)方法中的效率值不能区别DEA有效的决策单元之间的相对"优劣性"的不足,建立了带有参数的C2R模型,并具体地讨论了它们的性质以及相互之间的关系,提出了阈值的概念。在分析阈值的性质和经济意义的基础上,给出了区分所有决策单元"优劣性"的一个指标———有效值,即根据有效值的大小对所有决策单元进行排序的方法。
In the data envelopment analysis(DEA) method, the efficiency value is useless in distinguishing the DEA-efficient DMUs. In accordance with the shortcoming, we make the C^2R-Models with parameter, discuss concretely their properties and the relationship among them, put forward the concept of value-value. By analyzing the properties and economical meaning of valve-value, we provide a new index sign-effective-value to distinguish all MDUs, and give a method of sequenching for all the DMUs according to it.
