摘要
本文旨在通过对产品经理与客户经理之间的差别与联系进行综合评价与分析,说明两者在商业银行业务流程中的不同作用,为商业银行在业务拓展及产品延伸等方面提供参考与建议。
Through analyzing synthetically the differences and connections between the product-manager and client-manager in commercial banks, the paper illustrates the different functions of these service groups in the operation of the commercial bank,and provides reference and advice to commercial banks in developing their operations and extending their products.
