中老年人椎-基底动脉供血不足的原因分析与护理

An alysis and nursing of insufficiency of vertebral-basal artery in aged and middle-aged

目的探讨中老年人椎基底动脉供血不足的原因,提出相应的护理措施。方法对2003年3月至2003年6月间干部健康体检在我科行经颅多普勒检查的71例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者的资料行回顾性分析。结果本组患者有脑动脉硬化症的32例,比例为45%,高血压34例占47.9%,高血脂19例占26.8%,糖尿病6例8.5%,颈椎病36例占50.7%,吸烟15例21.1%。结论对中老年人加强健康教育,指导患者养成良好的生活习惯;做好饮食护理和心理护理;坚持运动和动作放慢,可有效控制椎-基底动脉供血不足的发生和发展。

Objective To discuss the reason of insufficiency of vertebral-basilar artery(VBA)(VBI)for lhe aged and middle-aged,so as to find proper strategies for nursing the patients.Methods Retrospective analysis of71patients with VBI,who have accepted transcranial Doppler(TCD))ex-amine in our department during March2003and June2003.Results Patients with arteriosclerosis account for45.1%(32patients),patients with hy-pertension account for47.9%(34).patients with hyperlipidemia account for26.8%(19),patients with diabetes mellitus account for8.5%(6),patients with cervical spondylosis account for50.7%(36),and patients who smoke account for21.1%(15).All these diseases are closely related to VBI.Con-clusion For the aged and middle-aged,all the following means could help to control the progress of VBI to enhance health care education to them and guide them to form good living habit,to improve their diet nursing and psychological nursing and let them stick on slow movement.
