摘要 cTnI或cTnT的释放具有心肌细胞的高度特异性。CK-MB检测假阳性,造成了对CK-MB结果判断上的混乱。有些指标在诊断心脏疾病时不宜再采用,包括总肌酸激酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总乳酸脱氢酶和乳酸脱氢酶同工酶。对于心脏手术患者,没有一项指标能够把因手术本身导致的、必然存在的心肌损伤同由于急性心肌梗死而产生的心肌损伤区分开来。然而,明确的是肌钙蛋白和CK-MB的值越高,预示着心肌损伤越严重。
