摘要 γ-羟基丁酸(GHB)是脑内天然存在的内源性代谢物,有高、低亲和力两种特异性受体。GHB通过GHB受体调节GABA、Ach、5-HT、多巴胺能神经功能、NOS活性、第二信使系统和离子的传导(cGMP、PI水平及Ca=2+、K+流动),从而在生理和病理情况下发挥重要作用。GHB是一种神经递质或神经调质,已被一些实验结果所支持。但GHB受体的信号转导机制目前仍未完全阐明,有待于进一步研究。
