摘要
选用抗玉米象的4个水稻品种即花粳2号、665、浙852、鄂宜105;和2个感虫品种即秀水48、Ⅱ优46,研究其稻谷、糙米、精米对玉米象的抗虫性差异。结果表明:抗虫品种不同米型的抗虫性顺序是糙米最感玉米象,精米次之,稻谷最抗玉米象。感虫品种是糙米最感玉米象,稻谷次之,精米最抗玉米象。但其中感虫品种的稻谷和精米的抗虫性经方差分析和新复极差测验,无显著差异。
In this study, 4 resistant vareties and 2 susceptible germplasms were studies for their resistances of rough rice, milled rice and brown rice to the maize weevil. 18 samples were freely infected for 7 days with 500 adult maize weevil, all of which were 7~14 days old, at 27~30℃ and 80% relative humidity (RH). Fuzzy cluster analysis was performed for synthetically evaluating the resistance of 18 samples. The result showed that 6 brown rices were the most suscptible; 4 rough rices of the resistant germplasins were the most resistant; the others were intermediately resistant, but not significantly different at the 5% level by Duncan's multiple range test. Also, the study confirmed the importance of the husk in conferring rice resistant to the maize weevil by showing that the resistant varieties lost its resistance while rough rice was processed into brown rice. Therefore, storage of rough rice prorides advantages over storing brown rice with respect to pest control.
