2型糖尿病患者心理性胰岛素抵抗的调查分析

A survey of psychological resistance against insulin in T2DM patients

目的了解2型糖尿病患者对胰岛素治疗的心理障碍,寻求干预措施。方法由糖尿病专职护士向患者了解使用胰岛素治疗的心理状态,自设问卷,随机调查确诊具有胰岛素治疗适应症的2型糖尿病患者200例。结果52%的患者从未接受过系统的糖尿病知识指导,72%的患者认为需要注射胰岛素时病情已较严重,66%的患者对长期需注射胰岛素存在紧张和焦虑,34%害怕注射痛,22%担心会成瘾,17%经常担心发生低血糖。结论大部分2型糖尿病患者存在心理性胰岛素抵抗,应加强健康教育,改善患者不良心理状态。

Objective To understand the mental resistance against insulin in T2DM patients and seek intervening measures. Methods We designed on our own a questionnaire to randomly investigate the mental situations of 200 T2DM patients receiving insulin treatment. Results 52% T2DM patients never received systematic instructions on diabetes, 72% took for granted that the disease was more severe when one needed injection of insulin, 66% were tense and anxious about long-term injection of insulin, 34% feared the pain at injection, 22% worried about probable addiction and 17% worried about hypologlycemia frequently. Conclusion Most T2DM patients are resistant against insulin psychologically. So health education should be uesd to improve their mental state.
