颅咽管瘤行立体定向间质内放疗手术患儿的护理

Nursing of children with pediatric craniopharyngiomas underwent stereotactic radiosurgery

笔者通过对31例颅咽管瘤间质内放疗手术患儿的护理。认为术前的心理疏导是保证患儿积极配合手术的前提条件,术中的严密配合是保证手术成功的必要条件,术后的严密观察与精心护理是促进患儿尽早康复的关键因素。

Through nursing 31 children with pediatric craniopharyngiomas underwent stereotactic radiosurgery, the author argued that preoperative mental care was the precondition to ensure children to cooperate with operation actively, close cooperation during operation was the necessity for the success, and postoperative close observation and careful care were the key to the recovery of children.
