护理安全是护理质量的保障,我们在建立组织,完善制度,加强教育管理的基础上,采取了层层签订护理安全责任书的做法,通过3年实践,取得了安全意识增强、差错事故减少、护理质量提高的成效,为明确职责,事前控制,落实制度的有效管理闯出了新路。

Safety of nursing is the guarantee of nursing quality. The authors took the measure of signing safety responsibility agreement for nursing work at each level on the basis of establishing organization, perfecting rules and enhancing education and management. Through three-year practice, consciousness of safety was improved, accidents were reduced, nursing quality was improved effectively and effective management measure were found in order to make responsibility clear, control before accident and implement the rules.
