摘要
为观察内毒素(ET)致兔红细胞膜(ECM)ATP 酶(ATPase)活性变化及阳离子 A(CA)的保护作用。采用定磷法分别测定正常对照组(Ⅰ组)、内毒素组(Ⅱ组)和阳离子 A 拮抗组(Ⅲ组)兔 ECM 的3种 ATPase 活性。结果:除 Na^+-K^+-ATPase、Mg^(2+)-ATPase 活性在0.5h 时与Ⅰ组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)外,Ⅱ组3种 ATPase 活性在3.0h 内均显著增高(P<0.01,P<0.05),而5,7h 全部下降(P<0.01);与Ⅲ组比较中,Ⅲ组除1 h 时 Mg^(2+)-ATPase 的活性无显著差异(P>0.05)外,3种 ATPase 的活性均显著增强(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结果表明:ET 可使 ECM 上3种 ATPase 活性先增高后降低,而 CA 对膜 ATPase 活性有明显保护作用。
To investigate the alteration of endotoxin on ATPase activities of erytherocyte membrane in rabbits and the protection of Cation A.The detecting Pi was used to measure three ATPase activities of erytherocyte membrane of three groups:the nolanal controls(group Ⅰ),endotoxin treatment group(group Ⅱ) and Cation and endotoxin treatment group(group Ⅲ)sultsshouthat Three ATPasc activities in group Ⅱ were higher than those of group Ⅰ at the 0.5 h,1 h(P< 0.01,P<0.05)and significantly decreased at the 5 h,7 h(P<0.01)except that the alteration of the Na^+-K^+-ATPase and the Mg^(++)-ATPase activities were no significant difference as compared to group Ⅰ at the 0.5h(P>0.05).Except no significant difference on the Mg^(++)-ATPase activities at the 1 h(P >0.05),the significantly increase in three ATPase activities in group Ⅲ were observed as compared to group Ⅱ(P<0.05,P<0.01).The endotoxin could activate three ATPase activities on the membrane in the primary age of the experiment,soon afterwards,endotoxin inhibited three ATPase activities,whereas Cation A had an important role of protection on three ATPase activities of erytherocyte membrane of rabbits.
