摘要
颗石藻(pleurochrysiscarterae)是一种近年来频繁在高纬度海域大面积暴发水华的海洋浮游普生性种群,由于其富含钙和不饱和脂肪酸以及独特的碳代谢途径而引起国内外研究者的兴趣。本文试图通过正交试验的方法讨论三种营养盐NaHCO3、KNO3和K2HPO4对颗石藻生物量的影响。在分别选取0mmol/l、2mmol/l、5mmol/lNaCO3和0.25mmol/l、0.5mmol/l、0.75mmol/lKNO3的条件下,该藻在快速生长后期生物量表现出明显差异,最高和最低浓度相差可达近20万个/ml,方差分析后F值分别为36.08和19.86;而在浓度为0.04mmol/l、0.05mmol/l、0.06mmol/l的条件下,对其生物量进行方差分析,F值仅为5.12。与此同时,还对该藻的生长动力学作进一步探讨,对快速生长期和静止期生长的数据进行回归,建立起数学模型,分别为1nNt=49.25t+[1nN0-49.25t0]和Nt=[Nto-32.61t0]+32.61t。这些研究为颗石藻在微藻应用技术领域的大面积开发养殖提供依据。
Pleurochrysis carterae is a species of ubiquitous planktons frequently blooming in marine area of high latitued. This paper discussed the effects of three putrition salt NaHCO_3、KNO_3and K_2HPO_4 on the growth of P.carterae with orthogonal design.Under the three concentrations of NaHCO_3(0mmol/L、2mmol/l、5mmol/l)and KNO_3(0.25 mmol/l、0.5mmol/l、0.75(mmol/l))obvioas difference was observed in the stagnant stage of P.carterae biomass and the disparity between the highest and the lowest was almost 20×10~4/ml.After analysis of variance.Value F_(90)equaled to 36.08 and 19.86.But defferent concentrations of K_2HPO_4(0.04mmol/1、0.05mmol/l、0.06mmol/l)had no obvious effect on P.carterae growth and the value F_(90) merely equaled to 5.12.At the same time,this paper discussed the growth dynamics of the algae and build mathematic equations which are 1nN_t=49.25t+[1nN_0-49.25t_0]and N_t=[Nt_o-32.61t_0]+32.61t individually after regression with data of exponential stage and stagnant stage.All these data may offer a basis for the cultivation of algae plurochrysis carterae.
