智力因素和非智力因素在一个人的成长过程中都起着重要的作用,二者相辅相成,同等重要,缺一不可。本文旨在探析大学生非智力因素在成长成才过程中所起的作用。

Intelligence factor and non-intelligence factor play an important role in the course of a person' s growth, the two complement each other, equally important, none of them can be dispensed with. It is not the function played in the course of becoming a useful person in growth of university students of the intelligence factor that this text aims at university students of analysis.
