汉译英中的“中式英语”与汉语负迁移

Chinglish in Chinese-English Translation and Negative Transfer

“中式英语”,是指中国的英语学习者和使用者受母语的干扰和影响,在语言交际中出现的不合规范的英语或不合英语文化的畸形英语”。在汉译英中克服和消除“中式英语”,首先有必要认清形成这一现象的原因之一——汉语负迁移。本文从词汇、句法两方面分析汉语负迁移对汉译英中的“中式英语”的影响并探索其解决办法。

Chinglish is the misshapen, hybrid language that shows the interference or influence of Chinese. It is the use of a native language patten or rule which leads to an error or inappropriate form in the target language. Whereas, China English is not interfered by Chinese language and culture. It is known that China English is used by Chinese people to introduce things peculiar to China to the outside world. One should be aware of one of the causes of Chinglish, that is, negative transfer so as to reduce Chinglish in Chinese - English translation. Negative transfer of words and phrases, syntax and discourse on Chinglish are analyzed in this dissertation in order to find out the ways to solve it.
