E/VAC包覆膨胀型阻燃剂阻燃聚丙烯微观结构研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用扫描电子显微镜研究了 (乙烯 /乙酸乙烯酯 )共聚物 (E/VAC)包覆法制备的膨胀型阻燃剂 (IFR)阻燃聚丙烯 (PP)的微观结构 ,着重探讨了E/VAC的品种对阻燃PP微观结构与性能的影响 ,并用傅立叶变换红外光谱表征了反应产物的结构。实验结果表明 ,采用此法制得的IFR可显著提高其与PP的相容性 ,具有阻燃、防潮。 The microstructure of polypropylene (PP) retarded by E/VAC coating intumescent flame retardant(IFR) was studied with SEM. Effects of E/VAC kinds on the microstructure and properties were discussed in detail, and the structure of reactive product was characterized by FT-IR. Experimental results showed that the compatibility between flame retardant and PP could be greatly improved by using this method, and the coated IFR had actions of flame retardance, humidity resistance and toughening.
