摘要
利用ANSYS软件包对非啮合错列型双螺杆螺纹元件进行了三维等温非牛顿流场分析 ,分析速度场和压力场的分布情况 ,讨论了不同边界条件对整个流道的速度场、压力场及流量的影响 。
Three-dimensional flow field of non-intermeshing stagger twin screw is analyzed by ANSYS soft, and the distributions of velocity field and pressure field are given. The effect of boundary conditions on velocity field, pressure field, and flow in the whole flow channel is discussed. The conclusions have certain instructional purpose on practice.
