本文介绍了柴油机电液式供油提前器的研制。它包括微机控制系统的总体设计,电液式供油提前器的结构设计、数学模型和传递函数,计算机采样控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计,以及变采样周期下的PID 数字控制器参数的寻优整定。在此基础上实现了微机对供油提前角的实时在线控制。

Development of the diesel engine electro—hydraulic fuel injectionadvancer was presented,including system general layout,electro-hydraulic injection timing actuator,computer sampling control system,as well as the optimization of parameters of PID numerical controllerwith variable sampling period.As a result of the work,a closed—loopdiesel engine fuel injection timing control system with a multi-input and single—output computer was accomplished.
