摘要
设计了一种以工控机为主体的组合涡流传感器的工作原理及快速标定系统.该系统可自动实现通道选择、抑制零点漂移、进行测量误差修正,对多点位移进行快速准确测量,也可实现对各测量通道快速标定.同时分析了温度对传感器测量精度的影响和数字滤波对噪声信号抑制效果.
Operational principle and high-speed calibration system of intelligent combinatorial eddy-current sensors based industrial computer are presented in this paper. The system can automatically fulfill channel selection, zero excursion restriction and modification error automatically, and measure multi-point displacement rapidly and accurately. It can also calibrate measuring channels in short period of time rapidly. The influences of temperature on precision of sensors temperature and digital filtering on noise signal are also analyzed.
