摘要
目的制备新疣克星酊剂,并研究其质量控制方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定方中伐昔洛韦和鬼臼毒素的含量。结果伐昔洛韦和鬼臼毒素分别在1488～3472、1750～5012μg/ml浓度范围内与吸收度呈线性关系(r=09998、r=09999);回收率分别为1005%(RSD=031%)、1007%(RSD=092%)。结论新疣克星酊剂的制备工艺简单,质量控制方法可行。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the preparation technic and method of quality control of Xinyoukexing tincture(XYKX) METHODS:To determine the content of Valaciclovir by spectrophotography,and podophyllotoxin by dual-wavelength spectrophotography RESULTS:In the range of 14 88～34 72μg/ml,the Valaciclovir concentration in XYKX was in direct proportion to the absorption at 310 4nm,C=44 5 905A+1 7 556,r=0 9 998 In the range of 17 50～50 12μg/ml,the podophyllotoxin concentration in XYKX was in direct proportion to the absorption at 292nm,C=97 7 981Ap292+1 3 614,r=0 9 999,AP292=As292-As325 CONCLUSION:The preparation technic of XYKX is simple and the method of quality control is feasible
