本文简要介绍了数字图书馆的概念、数字图书馆建设的发展现状 ,重点分析了我国数字图书馆建设中的知识产权、技术和标准规范三大难点问题 。

This paper briefly introduces the definition of the digital library, the developing situation of digital library, especially analyzes the three difficulties in the construction of digital library of our country ,which are the intellectual property right problem,the technology problem and criterion problem ,and brings forth the solutions to them.
