摘要
本文提出采用多因素回归旋转设计的方法进行内燃机优化设计和优化调整试验的建议,并以S195柴油机为例,介绍了四因素二次正交旋转回归试验在内燃机优化调整中的具体应用。
Application of 4—factor quadratic orthogonal regression test in optimaltune—up of internal combustion engines(ICE)was illustrated by exampleof type S195 diesel engine.By computer aided statistical analysis a4—variable quadratic regressive equation for ICE optimal tune—up wasproposed.Major factors affecting ICE power output and fuel consumptionand their interaction were found by simulative optimization as well asmajor and inter—active effect analyses.thus providing a sound basisfor correct tune—up and performance improvement of ICE.
