摘要 基于县域坡耕地资源调查评价成果,分析了长江流域15°以上陡坡耕地资源数量与空间分布状况,以及当前不合理开发利用所导致的生态环境问题。从不宜耕种部分生态退耕和不退耕部分治理改造两个方面对长江流域陡坡耕地资源持续利用进行探讨,确定了近期合理的生态退耕规模与科学退耕方式,并分析比较了未退陡坡耕地治理改造工程措施、生物措施与耕作措施的适用性与效果。 Based on investigation and assessment results of sloping farmland resources at county scale, this paper analyzes the quantity and spatial distribution of sloping farmland (>15°) in Yangtze river basin, and reveals the series of ecological environmental problems caused by unreasonable exploitation and utilization. Sustainable utilization of sloping farmlands in Yangtze river basin involves two aspects: one is to return those farmlands unfitting for continuous cultivation to forestry or grassland, and the other is to rebuild and improve productivity of the rest ones. Suitable ecological returning scale and scientific returning fashions for near future are determined and applicability and effects of various rebuilding and improving countermeasures for those unreturned farmland are compared and analyzed.
