水均衡法在建设项目水资源论证中的应用

摘要 由于平原区特有的水文地质条件 ,在平原区地下取水建设项目水资源论证中 ,单纯以完整和独立的水文地质单元来确定论证范围 ,往往不易做到。实际工作中 ,多采用以行政区域为边界划定论证范围 ,但在范围确定中盲目性、随意性较大 ,论证范围过大 ,增加论证工作量 ;范围过小 ,又不能满足要求。根据水量均衡原理 ,以待定的水源地稳定水位降落漏斗面积为均衡区 ,建立水量均衡方程 ,进而反求漏斗区的面积 ,以此作为确定水资源论证范围的依据 。 It is very difficult to take a closed and independent hydro-geologic area as a range of water resources demonstration for underground water intake projects in plain areas due to the specific hydro-geologic features of plain areas. Usually, the administrative division is taken as the range of demonstration in actual work. Therefore, the decision for the range of demonstration is blind and random. If the range of demonstration is too large, the workload of demonstration is too heavy; if it is too small, it is very difficult to meet the requirements of demonstration. Based on water balance principle, the stable groundwater level falling funnel area is taken as the water balance area, and the water balance equation is used to decide the funnel area as demonstration area of water resources demonstration. This method can provide decision support for the water resources range, and it is practical in actual work.
