坡度较缓溢洪道上的消能方式研究

摘要 白莲河水库第二溢洪道为二级消能 ,由泄槽和出水渠组成。第二级的出水渠为宽浅型渠道 ,底坡为 0 .0 8~0 .0 5 ,坡度较一般溢洪道缓 ,但落差较大。出泄槽水流挑流消能后在渠道内加速 ,使出渠流速仍然较高。如不加以衬砌则难免受到冲刷。试验探索采用消力墩加糙方案 ,有效地消刹渠内水流能量 ,降低渠内的流速 ,使渠道不需要衬砌。试验表明 ,在坡度较缓的溢洪道上适当布置消力墩 ,能够有效地达到消能减速的目的 。 The second spillway of Bailian River Reservoir is of two-level energy dissipation, which is composed by discharge flume and outlet canal. The second level of spillway is a wide and shallow canal with a bottom slope of 0.08-0.05, which is slower than ordinary spillway, but the drop of the canal is large. The water flow in the canal speeds up after energy dissipation in the discharge flume, so the velocity of flow is still high in the canal. It is very easy to be scoured if the canal is not lined. The study is to explore the possibility of effective energy dissipation and decrease the flow speed in the canal through roughening the baffle pier, thus the canal is no need to be lined. The experiment results show that properly installing baffle piers on the slow slope spillway can reach the goal of energy dissipation and speed reducing, and it is a good way of energy dissipation.
