摘要
目的 研制一种光纤耦合LD双端泵浦双棒串接Nd:YVO4平平腔全固态近红外激光器。方法 用软件进行设计。结果 在抽运功率为23.05W时获得了11W的1.06μmTEM00模激光输出,光 光转化效率为47.72%。另外,对不同掺杂浓度下的实验结果及腔的稳定性进行了一些探讨。结论 提高晶体的掺杂浓度和选择适当的输出耦合系数可以得到更好的结果。
AimIn order to develop a two rod series connection Nd:YVO_4 all-solid-state laser with a flat-flat cavity two-end-pumped by a fiber-coupled LD.MethodsIt was designed by software. Results11 W of CW 1.06 μm TEM_(00) mode output has been obtained at a 23.05 W pumping power with an optical-optical conversion efficiency of 47.72%. Also the results in different consistency were discussed.ConclusionBetter results can be obtained by increasing the dopant concentration of the crystals and selecting suitable output coupling coefficient.
