摘要
目的 研究大肝癌的手术切除和围术期处理技术 ,提高大肝癌的手术安全性。方法 回顾性分析施行肝切除术的 6 2例大肝癌病例 ,与同时期施行肝切除术的 34例小肝癌病例对比术中出血量、术中输血量、手术时间及术后并发症率、死亡率等。结果 前者的术中出血量、术中输血量、手术时间、术后并发症率均较后者高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但两组间的死亡率无显著性差异。结论 近几年我院肝癌的手术切除和围术期处理技术较前已有明显进步 ,只要仔细地选择病例 。
Objective To investigate the technique of surgical excision and perioperative management of large hepatocellular carcinoma and increase the safety of resecting large hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Sixty-two cases of large hepatocellular carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively and compared with 34 cases of small hepatocellular.Results The extension of resection,blood loss,intraoperative transfusion operational duration and morbidity in the large hepatocellular carcinoma group were significantly greater than those in small counterpart (P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups.Conclusions It is advisable to resect large hepatocellular carcinoma actively.The hepatic resection is safe and feasible in selected patients with large hepatocellular carcinoma.
