摘要 笔者认为郭 江等关于"CdTe/CdS异质结特性"一文,对CdTe/CdS太阳电池的CdS/CdTe异质结特性的讨论时存在理论上的错误和设计思想不妥。例如,求解CdTe/CdS异质结空间电荷区电势满足的泊松方程时,所给的边界条件有错,因而所得的电势分布亦有错;关系式ΔEv=(Eg2-Eg1)-ΔEc=0有错;CdTe/CdS异质结能带结构不妥等。据此,我们针对上述CdS/CdTe异质结太阳电池存在的问题进行了理论研究和讨论,所得到的相应研究结果,与郭 江等商榷。 There are some theoretical mistakes and inappropriateness designing ideas on the solar cell in the paper 'Investigation of CdTe / CdS heterojunction characteristics' in Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica 2003, 24(2):(269~270) made by Guo Jiang et al.For example, Solving Possion equation for potential distribution in the spacecharge region of CdTe / CdS heterojunction, the boundary conditions were wrong, so the potential distribution got from above was wrong. The relation ΔE_V=(E_(g_2)-E_(g_1))-ΔE_c=0 and the energy band structure of CdTe / CdS heterojunction were inappropriate. These problems of CdTe / CdS heterojunction solar cell have been studied and the results are obtained, which will be discussed with Guo Jiang et al.
