二元体系多元醇/蒙脱土复合贮能材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 以新戊二醇 季戊四醇(NPG PE)为例,研究了二元体系多元醇/蒙脱土复合贮能材料的制备方法及其相变动力学。由实验确定了最佳的制备条件。用XRD、IR、DSC等方法对其结构、贮能性能及相变动力学进行了研究。结果表明:所得材料是一种纳米复合贮能材料,具有较适宜的相变温度、较高的相转变焓、较快的相变速率,同时较好地解决了多元醇单独使用时存在的塑晶现象。 A new method was presented to prepare NPGPE/monmorillonite composite materials for energy storage and to study its phase change kinetics.The optimum conditions in preparation of composite materials for energy storage were obtained from experiments.Its structure,phase change kinetics and the performance of energy storage were analyzed by XRD、IR and DSC methods.The results showed that asprepared nanocomposite material has appropriate phase change temperature,high phase change enthalpy,fast phase change rate and less plastic crystal or weight losing.
