摘要
对支持超精密元件柔性生产线重构的虚拟车间环境构建技术进行了研究和探讨.针对超精密元件柔性生产线(UPCFML)的特点建立了其形式化模型和面向超精加工虚拟环境的基本构架;针对物理重构和逻辑重构分别建立了相应的对象模型,即实体模型和基于OOTPN的流程控制模型,在此基础上实现了虚拟环境和重构系统的构建.经仿真证明,该技术为超精密元件柔性生产线的重构方案进行建模和分析提供了有效的手段和工具.
Analyses the technology of building up a virtual work-shop environment for ultra-precise component flexible manufacturing lines (UPCFML). Formalized model of UPCFML is built up first, then the frame oriented toward ultra-precise machining is built up. Object models faced on physical reconfiguration and logical reconfiguration are built up separately, which are the entity model and flow-control model based on OOTPN, on this basis virtual environment and reconfiguration systems are realized. Simulation proved that this technology could provide measures and tools to the modelling and analysis of reconfiguration in UPCFML.
