摘要
研究柴油机旋流器导流片的形状尺寸对导流片之间气体流动性能的影响.使用CFD软件对导流片间的二维流场进行模拟计算,在不同导流片形状参数下,对计算得到的评价导流片导流性能的参数——出口气体平均流速和流动损失系数进行了对比.计算结果表明,当导流片出口角较小,出口直段较长,导流片圆弧半径较大时,出口气体水平平均流速较大;导流片出口角较大、入口和出口直段较短、圆弧半径较大时,流动损失系数较小.计算结果与旋流器的稳流试验结果基本一致.
Studies how the parameters of guiding vanes in swirlers for diesel engines affect the air flow between the vanes. 2D flow field between the vanes is simulated by the CFD software. When the parameters of guiding vanes are different, mean velocity of air at the guiding vane outlet and the coefficient of loss of flow are calculated to evaluate the performance of guiding vanes. The results show that the mean horizontal velocity at outlet becomes higher when the outlet angle is smaller, the straight section of outlet becomes longer and the arc radius gets larger. While the coefficent of loss of flow becomes smaller when the outlet angle is larger, the straight section length at the inlet and outlet are smaller, and the radius of arc is larger. The results of calculation agree basically with the experimental results of steady flow tests for the swirlers.
