摘要 本文介绍使用激光全息术,研究小型柴油机在着火延迟期内油束碰壁后形状的变化规律。以国内新开发的小型P 系列轴针式喷油嘴为例,在模拟压力罐内,研究了油束壁到水平平板、倾斜平板、以及与曲面正交相碰和与曲面斜交相碰后的情况,并进而讨论了壁面倾斜角、壁面曲率半径、壁面与喷油嘴距离、环境背压、油泵转速等条件对油束碰壁后扩散规律的影响。 This paper presents some experimental results of the characteristicsof the diesel fuel spray impinging upon combustion chamber wall duringignition delay for small diesel engines by using holographic technique.Taking the recently developped small P type throttling pintle nozzle as anexample,the attitudes of diesel fuel spray vertically impinging upon aflat plate,upon a flat plate with a certain angle,vertically upon a curvedwall and upon a curved wall with a certain angle were investigatedin a pressure chamber.Clarifications are made of the influences of slope angle of plate,theradii of wall curvature,the distance between the wall and nozzle,the environment pressure,pump speed,etc.on the spread of fuel spray onthe wall.
