摘要
采用VB和VC++语言在Windows编程环境下,设计针对于某一型号数控机床的仿真操作系统软件,在普通微机上实现对真实机床的模拟操作、数控程序检错及动态刀具轨迹仿真,做到节省设备投资,保证安全操作.
The simulation operating system software designed on the basis of a NC machine of some model,with the aids of VB and VC++ programming language in the Windows environment,can realize simulating operating of real NC machine and complete automatic error-checking of NC-program and dynamic simulation of cutter track in the normal computer. Thus the simulation operating system software cuts down expenses on equipmens,and makes the operation safely so as to improve teaching effect.
