摘要
对莫来石的结构、性能、应用、超细粉体的制备方法以及目前的研究进展作了综述。通过对莫来石的传统电熔法、烧结法、固相反应合成法、高能球磨低温投烧法以及溶胶—凝胶法、水解—共沉淀法、喷雾热解法、水热法等制备方法的研究,为超细粉体制备提供了理论基础。并进一步探讨了在较低温度或其他溶剂的情况下,由水热法制取莫来石粉体以及对前驱体的体系用微乳分散剂进行优化的方法。
The structure properties and applications of mullite, the preparation method for ultra-fine mullite
powder and its advances were introduced in detail. It proved that hydrothermal preparation of mullite powder is feasible
under the lower temperature and other solvent. At the same time, the system of the precursor is improved by methods such
as electric smelting, sintering, solid phase reaction, high-energy grinding and calcination, Sol-gel, hydrolysis-copre-
cipitation, spraying-thermalysis, hydrotherma and so on.
