摘要 研究了在500-1000℃煅烧温度条件下烧煤矸石的火山灰活性,采用ISO方法和水泥胶砂28d强度法检测不同煅烧温度烧煤歼石的火山灰活性,并用结合水量法测定掺烧煤矸石水泥的水化进程情况,以判断烧煤矸石活性的大小,同时对其水化产物进行了初步探讨。结果表明:煅烧温度决定了烧煤歼石的火山灰活性大小,本研究所用的煤矸石在750℃左右煅烧的条件下具有较高的活性。 The pozzolanic activity of the coal gangue burned at 500℃ to 1000℃ was investigated. The pozzolanic activity and compressive strength at different firing temperatures were tested according to GB2847-81 and cement glue- sand 28-day method respectinely. In order to judge the pozzolanic activity of burned coal gangue, the hydration process of the burned gangue cement was studied by combining the water standard, and its hydration product were studied. The results show that the firing temperature of coal gangue effects the pozzolanic activity of the resulting product and the optimum firing temperature used in the present study is about 750℃.
