摘要
金黄色葡萄球菌分泌的RAP蛋白通过其靶分子TRAP蛋白的磷酸化来激活RNAⅢ的转录。用TRAP蛋白免疫家兔得到效价为1∶128000的多抗血清。纯化后的抗体可以特异识别不同菌株的TRAP蛋白,并抑制TRAP蛋白磷酸化,降低金黄色葡萄球菌外毒素的分泌。
The RAP(RNAⅢ activating protein) was secreted by Staphylococcus aureus. It was reported that RNAⅢ could be activated by RAP via the phosphorylation of target protein of RAP(TRAP). The polyclonal antibodies of TRAP were prepared by vaccinating rabbits with TRAP and the titer of antiserum obtained was beyond 1∶128 000. The purified polyclonal antibodies could specifically bind to TRAP protein in different S.aureus strains and inhibit the phosphorylation of TRAP. At the same time, the TRAP antibodies could reduce the toxin secretion of Staphylococcus aureus.
