摘要
目的 研究p53和ras基因在原发性胆囊癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法 用免疫组化的方法分别检测炎症组、增生组、非典型增生组、癌变组的胆囊黏膜P53和P21蛋白的阳性表达。结果 P53蛋白在非典型增生组开始表达,与癌变组的阳性表达率无显著性差异;P21蛋白在癌变组高表达,炎症组低表达,两组间有显著性差异;两种蛋白的阳性强度随病变的恶性程度逐渐增加。结论 p53和ras基因在胆囊癌早期诊断方面有较高的应用价值。
<abstract>jective To explore the value of ras and p53 gene for early diagnosis of primary gallbladder carcinoma. Methods The expression of ras and p53 gene in the gallbladder mucosa was determined in patients of the inflammation group, proliferation group dysplasia group and carcinoma group with immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of p53 was found in the latter 2 groups. However, there was no significant difference in the positive rate of its expression between the 2 groups (P>0. 05). High expression of p21 was found in the carcinoma group and its low expression was seen in the inflammation group. There was significant difference between the 2 groups (P<0. 05). The positive rate of the expression of p53 and p21 increased along with severity of the disease. Conclusions ras and p53 gene are of great value for early diagnosis of primary gallbladder carcinoma
