Ho:YAG Laser Operations Under the Arthroscope on Menisci of the Knee

摘要 目的 :总结和探讨关节镜下钬激光治疗半月板损伤的手术疗效。方法 :2 0 0 0年 1月 - 2 0 0 3年 12月 ,对 18例半月板损伤患者行关节镜下钬激光治疗。结果 :随访 6 - 18个月 ,平均 12个月 ,Neer评分法对手术疗效进行分析 ,优良率为 94 .4 %。结论 :关节镜下钬激光治疗半月板损伤操作简便 ,手术时间短 ,有较好术后疗效 ,是一种安全有效的手术工具。 Objective: To evaluate the surgical results of treatment of meniscus injury under the arthroscope by Ho:YAG laser. Method: Eighteen patients with meniscus injury were treated under the arthroscope by Ho:YAG laser during 2000-2003. Result: Eighteen patients were followed up for a duration of average 12 months. Neer rating system was used. 94.4%of the patients had satisfactory outcomes. Conclusion: Ho:YAG laser is one of safe and effective tools under the arthroscope.
