醇水加热水热法制备稳定Y-Ce-ZrO_2纳米粉体 被引量:13

STABILIZED YCeZrO_(2) NANOPOWDER PREPARED BY ALCOHOLAQUEOUS HEATING AND HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS

摘要 用醇水加热法制备前驱体,再由水热法制备摩尔分数为2%Y2O35.5%CeO2稳定的纳米四方相ZrO2。采用XRD,FTIR,TEM,SEAD分别对前驱体和纳米ZrO2粉体进行表征。研究了溶液的浓度、水浴时间、水热时间对ZrO2粉体晶型和形貌的影响。结果表明:当溶液中ZrOCl2·8H2O的浓度为0.2mol/L,醇水体积比例为5∶1,溶液加热至75℃,保温60min;再经200℃水热处理6h,制得的Y2O3CeO2ZrO2粉体的平均粒径为10nm左右,粒度分布窄,分散性好。 Nanosized tetragonal ZrO2 powder doped with 2%Y2O2 and 5.5%CeO2 in molar fraction was prepared by alcohol-aqueous heating and hydrothermal synthesis method using ZrOCl2 as the starting material. The precursor and prepared nanosized powder were characterized by means of XRD, FTIR, TEM and SEAD (select area electric diffraction). The influences of solution concentration, time in water bath and hydrothermal time on the crystalline type and morphology of ZrO2 were studied. The results indicate that Y2O3-CeO2-ZrO2 powder with particle size about 10 nm, well-dispersed and narrow distribution can be obtained under the given process conditions, i.e., alcohol-aqueous (0.2 mol/L ZrOCl2&middot8H2O solution, the volume ratio of alcohol and aqueous being 5:1) heating at 75°C for 60 min, and then hydrothermal treatment at 200°C for 6 h.
