摘要
以SiO2,γAl2O3,Si为原料,采用还原氮化合成了O′sialon粉。研究了原料配比、氮化温度等对O′sialon合成的影响。合成产物中O′sialon的相对质量可以超过90%。对合成的O′sialon的显微结构观察结果表明:在1500℃氮化合成的O′sialon基本为1~2μm左右的等轴颗粒,在1450℃氮化合成的O′sialon试样中,则存在大量的长度达50μm的晶须。
O'-sialon powder were synthesized by reduction-nitridation method using SiO2, γ-Al2O3 and Si as raw materials. Effects of the formula ratio of the raw materials and nitriding temperature on O'-sialon formation were investigated. Relative mass content of O'-sialon in synthesized products are more than 90%. Scanning electron microscope of O'-sialon shows that most of O'-sialon crystals are in granular shape with crystal size around 1-2 μm when the nitrided temperature is 1500°C, but considerable amount of O'-sialon whiskers in size of more than 50 μm are observed from the specimen nitrided at 1450°C.
