摘要
本文根据可靠的陶瓷层最大厚度和润滑油使用的温度极限对陶瓷层绝热活塞的轴对称稳定温度场、边界条件的确定、陶瓷层的绝热作用、“鸡尾振子”形绝热活塞的热应力、机械应力、综合应力和综合变形进行了分析和探讨,得出无冷却6135Z型柴油机绝热活塞的最佳结构设计。
In the light of maximum thickness(<1mm)for reliable ceramiccoating and temperature tolerance limits(<230℃)of available lubricationoils,this paper analyzes and discusses the axially symmetric stabletemperature field,the determination of boundary conditions,the oil jetcooling and ceramic coating insulation effect of ceramic coated pistons aswell as the overall stresses of thermal stress and mechanical stress and theoverall deformation of adiabatic pistons with“cocktail shaker”oil cooledcavity structure.This leads to the optimum structure design of adiabaticpiston for non-cooled model 6135Z diesel engine.
