摘要
用高浓度碱溶液激发烧煤矸石制备碱胶凝材料,对其激发进程和水化产物进行了探讨。研究了碱胶凝材料的力学性能、微观结构和特征。结果表明:水化产物是类似于沸石类结构的无定形碱硅铝凝胶,碱溶液、液固比、养护温度和养护时间等因素影响着水化产物及其强度的形成。采用模数为1.23钠水玻璃与烧煤矸石混合(液固质量比0.3),在90℃养护24h可获得抗压强度为42.5MPa的碱胶凝材料。
Alkaline cementitious materials were prepared by an activation of burned coal gangue with highly alkaline solution. The activation mechanism, mechanical properties, microstructures and microstructural characters of alkaline cementitious materials were studied. Results show that the activation product is an amorphous alkali-aluminosilicate gel with a structure similar to that of zeolitic precursors. The activation product and the mechanical strength are influenced by the alkaline solution, mass ratio of solution to solid, temperature and time of curing. The compressive strength of the alkaline cementitious material with value of 42.5 MPa is obtained when the burned coal gangue is mixed water glass with modulus of 1.23 (mass ratio of solution to solid is 0.3) at 90 ℃ for 24 h.
