论我国电子政务的建设与发展

On the Construction and Development of Electronic Government in China

电子政务现已成为各级政府当前及今后一段时间着力建设的项目。电子政务并不意味着取消现实的政府机构,而是将政府事务中的那些适宜于网上进行的部分通过网上进行。本文对我国电子政务的发展现状和发展方向进行了阐述,并对其发展进程中出现的问题进行了分析,最后对我国电子政务的发展提出了一些建设性意见。

Electronic Government (E-government) is becoming an important project that all levels of Chinese governments push hardly forward. E-government doesn't mean to abolish the actual government institutions in any case. It's rather to conduct those government affairs through net, which are applicable. This article expounded the status and the orientation of E -government, and made an analysis on the problems occurred in the process of development. In the end of the article some constructive suggestions on the development of Chinese E-government are put forward.
