甲醇水蒸气重整制氢CuZn(Zr)AlO催化剂的研究 被引量:5

摘要 对CuZn(Zr)AlO催化剂在甲醇水蒸气重整制氢反应中的性能进行了研究。考察了ZrO2助剂的加入对CuZnAlO催化剂反应性能的影响。以性能较好的COPZr 2催化剂为例,确定了甲醇水蒸气重整制氢反应的最佳反应条件:250℃,0 1MPa,n(H2O)/n(MeOH)=1 3,WHSV=3 56h-1和无载气。150h反应稳定性实验,显示COPZr 2具有良好的稳定性,甲醇转化率和氢产率分别稳定在约88%和83%,出口气CO含量在0 20%~0 31%之间,氢含量大于63%。该催化剂能较好地满足车载甲醇重整器的要求。 The catalytic performance of methanol steam reforming reactions on CuZn(Zr)AlO catalysts was studied. When ZrO_2 promoter was added to CuZnAlO catalyst, methanol conversion, hydrogen yield and selectivity were improved greatly. One best catalyst COPZr-2 were used as sample for the test of reaction conditions, and the optimized conditions are confirmed as follows: 250℃, 0.1MPa, H_2O/MeOH molar ratio 1.3, WHSV=3.56h^(-1), and no carrier gas. The 150h stability test for COPZr-2 showed it has good stability: methanol conversion and hydrogen yield were kept at about 88% and 83% respectively, outlet carbon monoxide content was between 0.20%~0.31% and hydrogen content was over 63%. This catalyst can satisfy the requirement of on-board methanol steam reformer.
